The food was good enough, a little basic without the quantity touch. Our tomyum soup was missing meat stock, just a little sour and spicy and not much else. The spring roll was all vegetable without even a tag of protein to round out the flavors. Our padtai was too sweet and again without any depth of flavor. Wish I like the food better. The waitress was super nice and friendly.

UPDATE: I got horribly sick last night, stomach sick! Still not feeling well. "Dear" Thai Garden" hope you are feeling proud of what you caused!!? How do you sleep at night?? HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Things changed. I visited about 3 years ago and was happy. This time I asked for zero spice. The front desk assured me the house soup was completely mild. Got home β€” it was spicy. I called, they offered a replacement. Drove back, waited, got a β€œnew” soup. Got home again… SAME soup, means they gave me again what I brought back! Same content, same container, same marks on the nside of the container! The only difference? It was boiling hot β€” so hot the lid melted. Clearly just diluted with hot water. Attaching picture. That felt like a slap (or spit, not sure what's more appropriate) in the face! $26 straight down the drain. I threw it out. Congrats on the β€œbusiness model.” I won’t be back!

It was ok. I used to love this place so much by ordering Thai ice tea and street with appetizers such as with papaya salad, tom yum soup with shrimp, satay chicken, seafood salad, Thai fish cake, and vegetables fried egg roll for starter and main dish as pad Thai, chicken basil, lad nar, pa seewee and finish with sticky rice with mango. Lately, I don’t spend like i used to due to the taste change and environment especially I can’t stand when they mop the floor and smell of it make me sick. It would be nice if they don’t mop the floor when they open the store.

A nice find of a Thai restaurant here in NW Chicago suburbs. Plenty of parking and we were seated quickly on a Friday night. Ambiance typical of Thai restaurants with lots of wood and the ever present bar. Quick and polite service. Ordered a sampler appetizer, pad Thai and a couple of Thai desserts. See pics for more descriptions. All excellent and highly recommended. Overall, I’ll be back to try their other Thai fare.
